One Pharma Medics values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This statement outlines how we handle the information you provide for pharmacovigilance purposes, which is the science of monitoring the safety of medicines.
Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and use your data solely for pharmacovigilance to ensure patient safety and comply with legal obligations. Your information will be entered into our secure database in a pseudonymized format.
Data Handling and Sharing
In accordance with Egyptian regulations and international standards, we are legally required to report pharmacovigilance information to health authorities both within and outside of Egypt. We may also share this data with our affiliates, business partners, or other authorized third parties to fulfill our legal duties.

Data Retention
For public health and safety reasons, pharmacovigilance reports are retained for a minimum of 10 years after a product’s marketing authorization has been withdrawn in the last country where it was registered, as required by law.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, as well as to request its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. However, these rights may be limited if they conflict with our legal obligations or legitimate interests.

- For patients: initials, date of birth, gender, and relevant medical information related to the adverse event. Your name will never be included.
- For reporters: initials, professional qualification, and contact information, which is necessary for follow-up to ensure data accuracy. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please use “Privacy” instead of your name.

تُقدِّر شركة One Pharma Medics خصوصيتك وتلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية. يوضح هذا البيان كيفية تعاملنا مع المعلومات التي تقدمها لأغراض التيقظ الدوائي (Pharmacovigilance)، وهو علم مراقبة سلامة الأدوية.
الغرض من جمع البيانات نقوم بجمع بياناتك واستخدامها فقط لأغراض التيقظ الدوائي لضمان سلامة المرضى والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. سيتم إدخال معلوماتك في قاعدة بياناتنا الآمنة بصيغة مستعارة.
التعامل مع البيانات ومشاركتها وفقًا للوائح المصرية والمعايير الدولية، نحن مُلزمون قانونًا بتقديم معلومات التيقظ الدوائي إلى السلطات الصحية داخل وخارج مصر. قد نشارك هذه البيانات أيضًا مع الشركات التابعة لنا، وشركائنا التجاريين، أو أي أطراف ثالثة أخرى مصرح لها بذلك للوفاء بمسؤولياتنا القانونية.
البيانات التي نشاركها محدودة وتشمل:
- بالنسبة للمرضى: الأحرف الأولى من الاسم، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس، والمعلومات الطبية ذات الصلة بالحدث السلبي. لن يتم تضمين اسمك أبدًا.
- بالنسبة للمُبلِغين: الأحرف الأولى من الاسم، المؤهل المهني، ومعلومات الاتصال، وهي ضرورية للمتابعة لضمان دقة البيانات. إذا كنت تفضل عدم الكشف عن هويتك، يرجى استخدام كلمة “خصوصية” بدلاً من اسمك.
نحن نضمن أن جميع اتفاقيات مشاركة البيانات تتضمن تدابير تعاقدية صارمة لحماية معلوماتك الشخصية.
فترة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة العامة، يتم الاحتفاظ بتقارير التيقظ الدوائي لمدة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد سحب ترخيص تسويق المنتج في آخر دولة كان مسجلاً بها، حسب ما يقتضيه القانون.
حقوقك لديك الحق في طلب الوصول إلى البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، بالإضافة إلى طلب تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو تقييد معالجتها. ومع ذلك، قد تكون هذه الحقوق محدودة إذا تعارضت مع التزاماتنا القانونية أو مصالحنا المشروعة.
